Lemon Rosemary Soap Benefits

1. Lemon Essential Oil: astringent, heals acne, energizes, and prevents skin from being oily.

2. Rosemary: Anti-inflammatory, helps to reduce swelling and puffiness, helps to heal burns and soothe the skin, and helps alleviate dermatitis, eczema, and psoriasis.

3. Grape Seed Oil: Its rich, silky texture is perfect for soothing away dryness and is suitable for all skin types since it won’t clog pores or cause break-outs

Ingredients

Melt and pour soap base – 1 pound
• Grape seed oil – 4 Tsp
• Lemon essential oil – 1 Tsp
• Dried rosemary – 1 Tsp
• Yellow soap color

Tools Required

• Microwave safe bowl
• Wooden spoon or stick for stirring
• Pyrex glass measuring cup
• Silicone Soap Mold
• Soap Knife
• Spray bottle with isopropyl alcohol

Instructions

1. Cut the melt and pour the soap base into small parts. Melt the soap chunks in the microwave at 30-second intervals until melted. Stir between intervals.
2. Add grapeseed oil and stir.
3. Let cool until it just thickens. Add dried rosemary.
4. Add lemon essential oil.
5. Add a drop of yellow soap color.
6. Let sit until the top gets a film on it.
7. Pour the soap into the mold and let sit until cool.
8. After 24 hours, remove the soap from the mold and let it cure for about 3 to 6 weeks before using it.

How to use Lemon Rosemary Soap

Apply generously to face and body after lathering hands with water. This product is gentle enough to use regularly.
